Dazhong is a vertically-integrated Chinese factory that builds down outerwear, technical outdoor apparel and hi-vis workwear for brands across Europe, North America and Asia.
We are organised around four product families, each with its own dedicated production line, sample room and quality protocol.

Our floor is laid out as a continuous production loop: overhead conveyors move work-in-progress between cutting, sewing, filling, finishing and packing without ever touching the ground.
A unit production system carries garments through every station on a programmed route. Operators never lift, fold or stack work-in-progress — bottlenecks surface in real time on the line monitor.
380 industrial machines across 4 lines: lockstitch, overlock, flatlock, double-needle, bartack, bonding and ultrasonic welding. Brother, Juki and JATI heads under preventive maintenance.
Tensile, tear, seam slippage, waterproof column, air permeability and colour fastness tested in-house. Every shipment ships with a lab report against your spec.
